Appointment Setter

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter / Canvasser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team to help drive our business objectives.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and networking.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls made and appointments set.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.
• Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality goals.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns or problems.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and cold calling.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices is a plus.
